Terms & Conditions

 

 

Booking and Payment:

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% advance payment.
  • The remaining 75% of the total amount is to be paid 15 days before the scheduled event.
  • Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • In the event of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Menu Selection and Finalization:

  • The client is required to submit the final menu selection at least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Any changes or additions to the menu after the submission deadline may incur additional charges.
  • Special dietary requirements or restrictions should be communicated in advance.

Minimum Guarantee:

  • A minimum guarantee for the number of guests attending the event is required.
  • If the actual number of guests is less than the guaranteed count, the minimum guarantee will still be charged.
  • f the number of people increases at the event, you will be required to pay an additional amount per plate as per the predetermined rate.

Food Preparation and Service:

  • The caterer will ensure hygienic food preparation and maintain quality standards.
  • The caterer reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions in case of ingredient unavailability.
  • Any specific requirements regarding the use of onions, garlic, or other ingredients should be communicated in advance.

Liability and Damages:

  • The caterer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings or property during the event.
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages caused to the venue or catering equipment.

Licensing and Permits:

  • The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits required for the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • The caterer will comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through negotiation and mutual agreement.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.

Force Majeure:

  • The caterer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).

Agreement:

  • By booking the catering services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Equipment and Set-Up:

  • The caterer will provide the necessary serving equipment, cutlery, and crockery for the event.
  • Any additional requirements, such as tables, chairs, or decorations, may be arranged at an extra cost.

Timing and Delays:

  • The caterer will make every effort to arrive and set up at the agreed-upon time.
  • The client should ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for setup.
  • In the case of any delays or changes in the event schedule, the client should inform the caterer promptly.

Guest/Host Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate guest counts and communicating any changes in advance.
  • The client will provide necessary facilities, including water, electricity, and sanitation, at the venue.

Menu Pricing and Taxes:

  • The prices quoted for the catering services are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated to the client and added to the final bill.

Confidentiality:

  • The caterer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client.

Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the catering agreement in case of a breach of contract or failure to meet obligations.
  • Termination should be communicated in writing, stating the reasons and desired resolution.

Indemnity:

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the caterer harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

Governing Law:

  • The catering agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
  • Please note that these additional terms and conditions may be customized based on specific agreements and requirements between the caterer and the client.
